Loving-kindness meditation (LKM) is a technique often used to promote self-acceptance and reduce stress, but it has also been shown to promote a variety of positive emotions and improve interpersonal relationships.

Fortunately for me, they aren’t must-read-in-a-row kind of books, and so, without having read her prior armchair novels, I settled in to read Love and Olives, hoping her writing would be something I’d like as well as I suspected. Likely in large part because all of Jenna’s novels sound cute and fun novels that reside on my shelf, but as of yet I have not read.
